Privacy & Cookie Policy
Last updated: August 2026
KaloTech ("we") respects your privacy. This page explains what data we process when you visit kalotech.gr, why, and what rights you have.
Data Controller
The data controller is TOUTOUNTZIS A. KAI SIA L.P. (GEMI No. 181861503000, VAT No. EL802738587), registered at Χαλδαίων 4-6-8, 17676 Καλλιθέα. For anything related to your personal data, contact info@kalotech.gr.
What data we collect
The contact form collects the name, email, and message you submit. That information is sent directly as an email to our own mailbox (via our own Zoho Mail account) and isn't stored in any database or third-party email marketing service. We process this information in order to respond to your enquiry and, where applicable, to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. You can of course also reach us directly via email, phone/WhatsApp, or LinkedIn. Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes technical data (such as IP address) as part of normal server operation, like any website; this is necessary to deliver the service and isn't based on consent.
Cookies & Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics for anonymous, aggregated traffic statistics. It doesn't use persistent cookies — visitors are identified via a hash that's discarded after 24 hours, with no cross-site tracking. It only loads after you consent, via the banner shown on your first visit. We also use Google Ads conversion tracking (gtag.js) via Google's Consent Mode: the base tag is present on every page, but by default all cookies and personalized data are blocked ("denied") — Google may only receive limited, cookieless, aggregated signals used for modeling, never linked to you individually. Cookies and full tracking only activate for Google Ads if you explicitly accept via the banner. We don't currently use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any other marketing tracking tools beyond Google Ads. If that changes in the future, we'll update this page and ask for your consent again.
Internal admin tool
We use an internal, password-protected tool for editing site content, used exclusively by the KaloTech team. It uses two strictly necessary cookies (session and repeated-failed-login protection) that don't apply to visitors of the public site.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and object to processing, as well as the right to data portability. You can withdraw your consent for analytics at any time via "Cookie Preferences" in the footer. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
