Privacy & Cookie Policy
Last updated: July 2026
KaloTech ("we") respects your privacy. This page explains what data we process when you visit kalotech.gr, why, and what rights you have.
Data Controller
The data controller is KaloTech, based in Kallithéa, Attica, Greece. For anything related to your personal data, contact info@kalotech.gr.
What data we collect
We don't have a contact form that stores data in a database — getting in touch happens directly via email, phone/WhatsApp, or LinkedIn, at your own initiative. Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes technical data (such as IP address) as part of normal server operation, like any website; this is necessary to deliver the service and isn't based on consent.
Cookies & Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics for anonymous, aggregated traffic statistics. It doesn't use persistent cookies — visitors are identified via a hash that's discarded after 24 hours, with no cross-site tracking. Even so, we only load it after you consent, via the banner shown on your first visit. We don't currently use Google Analytics, a Google Ads pixel, Meta Pixel, or any other marketing tracking tools. If that changes in the future, we'll update this page and ask for your consent again.
Internal admin tool
We use an internal, password-protected tool for editing site content, used exclusively by the KaloTech team. It uses two strictly necessary cookies (session and repeated-failed-login protection) that don't apply to visitors of the public site.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and object to processing, as well as the right to data portability. You can withdraw your consent for analytics at any time via "Cookie Preferences" in the footer. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
